The Affordable Housing Program began in 1997. PRVO manages nine subdivisions and two apartment properties that provide 377 affordable housing units for families. The properties were constructed by PRVO or a PRVO affiliate. The subdivisions were developed under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program as part of a lease-to-purchase plan, and consist of single-family homes with either three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
